About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will connect with professionals based in the United States, understand their career goals, and guide them through available opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn for candidate engagement and networking.
What You’ll Do
Must Haves
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in education, HR, recruitment, or IT sectors
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Strong computer and LinkedIn skills — connection requests, outreach, and engagement
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset
Good understanding of the US job market and international client communication
Willing to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, from the Rajkot office
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Prior experience in US staffing or consulting sales
Knowledge of visa categories (OPT, H1B, etc.)

What We Offer
Salary range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
