About the Role
As a Career Advisor / Sales Executive, you will connect with professionals based in the United States, understand their career goals, and guide them through available opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn for candidate engagement and networking.
What You’ll Do
1. Reach out to US-based candidates via calls, LinkedIn, and email to explain job openings and opportunities
2. Guide candidates about the US job market, available roles, and potential career paths
3. Present and promote Skilluence’s career advisory and recruitment services to candidates
4. Achieve monthly enrolment/sales targets and earn a 10% incentive on successful sales
5. Maintain lead databases, follow-up sheets, and daily activity records in Excel or CRM tools
6. Use LinkedIn professionally and strategically for sourcing, networking, and lead generation
7. Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate placement and follow-ups
Must Haves
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in education, HR, recruitment, or IT sectors
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Strong computer and LinkedIn skills — connection requests, outreach, and engagement
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset
Good understanding of the US job market and international client communication
Willing to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, from the Rajkot office
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Prior experience in US staffing or consulting sales
Background in career counseling or advisory services

What We Offer
Salary range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
