Skilluence LLC is a US-based IT consulting and services company providing technology solutions, staffing, and recruitment services to clients across the United States. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI/ML Trainer to deliver foundational training programs to US-based students, helping them build job-ready skills for the US tech job market.
About the Role
You will guide learners through core concepts in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have strong subject knowledge and a desire to teach and mentor. You will create content, lead live sessions, and track student progress across time zones.
What You’ll Do
1. Deliver live online training sessions on AI/ML fundamentals to US-based students across different time zones
2. Create and update training content, presentations, exercises, and assessments aligned with industry standards
3. Guide students through hands-on projects covering regression, classification, neural networks, and NLP basics
4. Track student progress, provide feedback, and address doubts through Q&A sessions and follow-ups
5. Coordinate with the curriculum team to continuously improve course material based on student feedback
6. Maintain session records, attendance logs, and student performance reports
7. Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and incorporate relevant content into training programs
Must Haves
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering
Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib
Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written — for effective delivery to US students
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, engaging language
Comfortable working night shifts from the Rajkot office (9 PM – 6 AM, Mon–Fri)
Nice to Have
Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience (even informal)
Basic knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, or VS Code
Knowledge of US education or IT training landscape
