What is the interview process like?
Our process is fast, transparent, and focused on potential. It typically involves a brief application review, a screening call with our HR team, a role-specific task or case study, and a final interview with the hiring manager. Most candidates complete the process within 7–10 days.
Is Skilluence a remote-only company?
Most of our roles are based onsite at our Rajkot, Gujarat head office. We offer flexible arrangements for certain positions, and our Graphic Designer role has flexible scheduling. We believe in the energy of working together — especially as a fast-growing team.
What kind of equipment do I get?
Full-time employees receive a home office setup allowance for equipment, internet, and workspace needs. Onsite employees have access to fully equipped, modern workspaces at our Rajkot office.
How often are performance reviews?
We run formal reviews every six months, with informal check-ins every quarter. We believe in continuous feedback — you’ll always know where you stand and what your next growth opportunity looks like.
